Can you return your backpack?

We accept returns if the request is made within 30 calendar days of the purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Can you exchange your backpack?

If the bag you received is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange your backpack for a brand new one

If you wish to return or exchange your backpack, start by emailing us at rootpax@rootpax.com with your name and order # and we will go from there.
